Eligibility

Refunds are available for camp registrations that meet our cancellation guidelines. To be eligible, the booking must be made directly through kindledquestcamp.com or an authorized KINDLEDQUESTCAMP representative. Proof of payment and registration confirmation is required.

Timeframe

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the camp start date are eligible for a full refund, minus processing fees. Cancellations made 14–29 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the camp begins are non-refundable.

Refund Process

To request a refund, email our support team with your registration details, participant name, and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method. You will receive confirmation once the transaction is completed.

Conditions

Refund eligibility is based on the official camp start date. Processing fees and third-party transaction charges are non-refundable. Transfers to another session may be offered instead of refunds, subject to availability. All requests must be submitted in writing.

Exceptions

In cases of documented medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances, partial or full refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of KINDLEDQUESTCAMP management. If a camp session is canceled by KINDLEDQUESTCAMP, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.
